Chef Bio

Chef Patrick Conway began his culinary career in 1982 at DeNunzio’s Italian Restaurant in Jeannette. He enrolled in culinary arts at WCCC and apprenticed under chefs Marc Enrico, Ralph Scurci, and Bruno Marroncelli. Working there gave him an opportunity to learn and gain experience in every restaurant position.

Pat’s next stop was in Tampa, FL at the Hyatt Regency Westshore. Under Chef Hans Hickel he had the opportunity to hone his culinary skills in many different styles of cooking. In a field of 400 employees Pat received the employee of the month twice in 4 years.

Chef Pat returned to DeNunzio’s as Executive chef in 1992 and helped the company branch out opening two new locations. Pat was a featured chef at the Flavors of Westmoreland in 2011 and 2012. He was also featured in the Tribune Review’s Food section in 2006.
